Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tykes Soccer: Children are able to learn the fundamentals of soccer either during the school day or during group sessions at a local field. While both programs help children develop motor skills, this program is solely based on the game of Soccer.

Adventure Time Sports: Children are able to learn the fundamentals of multiple sports. We help them learn basic skills that will be beneficial in any athletic competition.

  • School sessions are 30 minutes in order to not conflict with school curriculum, nap time, snack time, etc.

Group sessions are 45 minutes. 40 minutes of instruction and the last 5 minutes are for clean up & stickers.

  • Although children can start the program at 2 years old, it is best that they begin with a buddy. One on one sessions tend to be too long for children so young to concentrate alone. If they have a partner, they can take turns and learn from one another.

There is no maximum age limit.

  • Cleats are not required to participate in either program. But, they are beneficial! Cleats provide traction for accelerating and maneuvering on the grass. If your child continues to play soccer or any other grass based sport in future programs, cleats will be required, so starting early won’t hurt.
